Malmsbury Street

The vision for this project was to create a fresh, functional outdoor area, while preserving the property’s period features. This was achieved over five months, using a combination of thoughtful construction and lush landscaping. French and bi-fold doors connect the rear living area to the outdoors, opening onto a back verandah.

A large paved courtyard garden, lined with ornamental pear trees, provides the perfect backdrop for entertaining, while a mature Peppercorn tree retains pride of place in its original home. The owners were thrilled with this transformation, which blends old world charm with new open spaces.
