Parker Street
This beautiful art deco brick home in the heart of Ormond was rejuvenated over a 10 month period to increase both space and function.
Clean lines and reflective surfaces characterise this project, which blends modern and traditional elements to stunning effect. An open plan living area and kitchen lead to a functional rear backyard, providing new opportunities for entertaining.
Large span steel was used to create open and inviting spaces. Similarly, premium plaster wall and ceiling finishes were incorporated around level changes, enhancing natural light and angles. Other features include in-floor heating within the polished concrete slab.
