The client wanted to retain the original charm of the property, while making it more spacious, modern and luxurious. We started with a single level extension to maximise use of the generous block, then recreated the internal space by adding a sleek kitchen with butler’s pantry, a glass ceiling to the main bathroom, unique tiles and much more.

Extensive carpentry works and expansive glass highlight the natural timber and stone elements used throughout this pristine property. Outside, an inground concrete pool and huge decking provide ample opportunities for family fun.
